NCCCS DEI Focus Groups
In partnership with JFF, on behalf of The North Carolina Community College System Advisory Council on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), ASA conducted interviews and focus groups with students, faculty, staff, and administrators at 12 community colleges to identify institutional policies and practices that either help or hinder campus DEI and success for historically underserved students of color.
The State Board recently approved recommendations from the report, which also included a review of State Board Code conducted by JFF.
