Completion by Design Retrospective
In 2011, nine community colleges in three states began a five-year journey to increase student success and completion and break down obstacles that students encounter along the way. Funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Completion by Design (CBD) colleges began the transformative process to develop structured pathways that meet students where they are, even as their needs change.
In collaboration with American Institutes for Research, ASA Research conducted a retrospective information gathering to understand institutional transformation.
Read our brief that highlights reflections shared by college staff and support partners involved with the CBD initiative.
