ASA is thrilled to welcome Nathan Greenstein and Grant Crider-Phillips to its team! Nathan and Grant bring a wealth of AI, data analytics and visualization knowledge to this growing practice at ASA.

Serving as Senior AI Analyst, Nathan Greenstein is an experienced data scientist, application programmer, and visualization designer. Focusing on the ethics and equity of artificial intelligence, Nathan’s work addresses how the fields of education and evaluation can use AI for good, and how organizations can embrace new technology while upholding their values of social sustainability. Nathan develops AI models that help predict student outcomes or analyze text, and he helps co-create strategies for responsible AI implementation. He works in a range of tools, including Python and Azure.

AI Analyst Grant Crider-Phillips has experience as a machine learning analyst, particularly in the fields of text and predictive analytics. He creates and manages workflows with Microsoft’s Azure and Google’s cloud environments to keep data private while working with AI-based tools. Grant focuses on making data accessible by applying probabilistic models to summarize and generate text for chatbots, or creating interactive dashboards for tabular data.
